This building has two portions: academic and hospital. The hospital side includes the operation theatre (OT), wards, and departmental offices. The academic side includes lecture theatres, labs, libraries, stores, and offices.

This project was started in June 2015 and ended in 2023. This project took three years to complete but was extended due to the issues of staying on Kims by local society, fund issues, weather conditions, and COVID-19.
